Gazing out onto the beautiful Goryu Forest slowly ease yourself into a day of which ever you choose.

Famished after the day’s adventures retreat back to The Phoenix Wing for a selection of Western and Japanese style cuisine. Locally sourced produce is carefully prepared to give our guests the ultimate dining experience. Choose your own style from: shabu-shabu, top grade Wagu beef steaks, yogan (hot stone cooking), Shinshu Salmon steaks or sashimi all served with an assortment of fresh vegetables.

With the après-ski chat begging flow why not enjoy a few beverages from our restaurants well stocked bar. A selection of whiskeys, brandies, beers and wines should get everyone in the mood for the evening. Later, continue the revelry at The Phoenix Wings Front Lounge. Comfortable leather couches and wood-burning stove make this the idyllic winter setting.
